Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, shipping destination, and shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hollybloom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at HollybloomCreations@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so I can help make it right.
